No mobile signal at home

I have been with Virgin for a number of years and since we moved to our current home I cannot get any signal anywhere in the house.  This makes the phone useless - 'emergency calls only' is displayed most of the time.  Sometimes I may get 1 bar, but that goes and makes conversations impossible.  Sending texts is also getting worse.  It is not my phone as my previous one was the same, and according to the coverage checker I should get a fair signal, but can't.   I really need a call booster, but as I do not have a Virgin landline I can't use Smartcall.  I have read on here about others having signal problems - have Virgin not yet produced a booster box?   If not, it looks like I will regrettably have to change provider.

Hi Julie1234,

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had some issues with signal at home. I want to get this all sorted for you.

Are you able to PM me your full postcode so I can check this out?

You can do this by clicking on the image of my face and selecting the send me a  message option on the right hand side.

Let me know once you've sent this over.

Thanks,

Mat
