I have been with Virgin for a number of years and since we moved to our current home I cannot get any signal anywhere in the house. This makes the phone useless - 'emergency calls only' is displayed most of the time. Sometimes I may get 1 bar, but that goes and makes conversations impossible. Sending texts is also getting worse. It is not my phone as my previous one was the same, and according to the coverage checker I should get a fair signal, but can't. I really need a call booster, but as I do not have a Virgin landline I can't use Smartcall. I have read on here about others having signal problems - have Virgin not yet produced a booster box? If not, it looks like I will regrettably have to change provider.
