Please can someone help, I have just travelled from the uk to USA on hols and I now have no service on my iPhone, any ideas on how I can contact virgin mobile by email or how I get my service back? Any help greatly appreciated.
Sorry to hear you're having some issues using the handset abroad.
It's worth checking your online account here to make sure the roaming has been activated - Just head to 'Plan and device' and then 'Manage services' making sure the 'Roaming' option is enabled and that 'International calls' are allowed.
