3 - 4 bars displayed but cannot make poutgoing or receive calls. My wife has same issues. 2 miles away situation is OK. At least 24 hours so far. Postcode NR27 0BH. Please respond with reason / solution / likely time for reinstatement.
Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear you've got no mobile service on both your handsets. I appreciate how frustrating this can be.
I've checked the masts in your area NR27 0BH. I can see there is a 3G mast down just to the south of you but there is an operational mast to the East on Lynewood Road.
It's possible it's taking more of the load since others now need to route through it. I'm afraid the system I use doesn't give me any more information other than that.
How are things looking for you now? If you continue to have problems I recommend calling the team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
