I ported my number from Orange last Thursday. Unable to make any outgoing calls or access a data connection. Can receive texts and incoming calls. Spent nearly an hour on the phone to the helpline two days ago who assured me there was just a delay on the network and would phone me back by midday today to check it'sresolved - I've heard nothing and no longer have access to a telephone to call them back. It really is terrible service.
Tried all the hard resets to no avail. Has anybody resolved this issue themselves, or can somebody from Virgin help?
