No mobile service

Hi

I ported my number from Orange last Thursday. Unable to make any outgoing calls or access a data connection. Can receive texts and incoming calls. Spent nearly an hour on the phone to the helpline two days ago who assured me there was just a delay on the network and would phone me back by midday today to check it'sresolved - I've heard nothing and no longer have access to a telephone to call them back. It really is terrible service.

Tried all the hard resets to no avail. Has anybody resolved this issue themselves, or can somebody from Virgin help?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear there's been a delay in porting your number over from Orange.

 

I can understand how frustrating this is for you. The post is 2 days old now. Can you confirm if it has been successfully ported?

 

Please let me know if the issue is still ongoing.
