I have had no mobile phone signal all day. How can I simply report the fault and ask when it will be fixed ? Is there someone I can call instead of being shoved around from pillar to post on their web site. Of the only two contacts I could find, one does not answer and the other is "busy now. Call back later".
Meanwhile I am paying for a service that I am not getting !

Apologies as well for the time it's taken to respond to your post. It's great to see that AlexKid and J0hn have been able to give you advice about this. Are your mobile services working now?
I've been able to check your account settings and everything looks correct.
