No mobile in USA

Before coming away I rang Virgin Mobile to say that I would be needing to use my phone in USA, they told me no problem, I have got here and neither of the vigil mobiles we have can be used. I am unable to log into my Virgin mobile account and when I try to reset password it says that has texted a verification code, which is very unhelpful considering I am unable to use the mobiles! Can anyone help?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I can't apologise enough for you not being able to roam whilst in USA. I understand it's important to reach friends and family back home.
