No internet access abroad

I am in Croatia and I can phone and text ok, but have no internet access. I have checked my account and roaming is on, and international call barring is off. I have been into my phone settings ( Experia z3)and the data roaming is on, with EU roaming ticked and it's set for National and international. I believe all the settings are correct, just can't connect! Hope someone can help

Hi Trishwhite292,

 

on Virgin's side of things, there is a separate switch for data roaming which sounds like it may not be active on your account.

Even if it is, sometimes the system needs refreshing to update the EE server.

Try giving customer services a call : +447953 967 967

Hi Trishwhite292,

As @AlexKid correctly advised, sometimes the switch doesn't complete on the network even though it shows on your account. 

Thank you for sending your details via PM. I have reset this on your account. It can take up to 24 hours for this to update on the network. Just reboot your handset and retry.
