A few days ago I accidentally dropped my phone down the toilet. It's an iPhone 5S, only had it since February. I managed to retrieve it but the water had made the screen go a green colour and now it doesn't turn back on. I took out no insurance out on the phone whatsoever when I purchased it. It's on contract at £22 a month.
What do you think I should do? can virgin help me, or do I have to contact Apple?

When accidents happe it's never easy and you can end up with a bit of a feeling, 'why me', what's important is that we've all been there. whilst i can understand that ther is no insurance, i really hope that you can get this fixed for you. You've had some really sound advice already it seems and I'm sure we'd love to know on how you progress.
