No input options available

I bought my Acatel VM595 about a month ago and in messages it displayed imuput options  such as "Abc" "ABC" "123" etc.  These options have suddenly disappeared, I know not why.  How can I get them back?

Thanks for your post on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the keyboard input on your handset. Has this issue been resolved for you since your post?
