So yesterday (29th June) I ordered a new mobile phone contract, it all went through fine and said something along the lines of 'it's now over to us'. I then received no confirmation email, or any email what so ever, and I have tried logging onto the virgin mobile online and it says it doesn't recognise my email address. So I am not sure what is actually going on with this.
