No email confirmation

Hello, this afternoon I ordered an LG G3 from Virgin on pay monthly, I thought I would get some kind of email confirmation. But I've not heard a word yet. Really need it by this weekend. Any ideas?

I'm very sorry to hear you haven't had an email confirming your order for a new LG G3. I appreciate your keen to get your hands on this before the weekend.

 

It's been 3 days since you posted, have you had confirmation?

Have you received the new handset?

 

If you still haven't heard anything I'd definitely recommend contacting us on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Thanks, I signed the online agreement on Wednesday morning once it had arrived!

And two days later I'm still waiting for the phone to arrive.....

Not a good start. Think I may just use my 14 day protection to cancel it.

Thanks for keeping me updated.

 

I know it can take a few days to arrive via courier. The delay on the weekend may not have helped either.

 

As mentioned previously, if you continue to have problems then don't hesitate to contact the team as they'll be able to check things further.

Ok as I still had not been informed of anything I asked yodel to return it to sender. And to use the 14 days cancellation.

Have now ordered a phone from giffgaff and the phone arrived within 24hrs and I was txted and emailed updates along the way! That's the way to do it!

Once you've had confirmation from Yodel they have delivered the phone back I would give it a few days for the team to process it. If you don't hear anything It maybe worth giving us a call on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 to check its all been sorted.
