No dialtone, can still use data and texts

So today I've needed to make a phonecall and just found out that I get no dialtone, no sounds whatsoever, it just sits on the "connecting" stage and then after a few seconds cancels the call.

I managed to get a call through to one of my contacts, but it lasted for about 5 seconds and the call fell, so I know it's not the phone that is at fault.

I can still send and receive texts and I can use data to browse the internet. I just can't make phonecalls.

Are there any issues currently with the service?

Thanks for your post on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems connecting calls on your mobile. Has this been sorted out for you since your post?
