No data or calls all day today again

In my office, none of us who are on Virgin/EE and 3 could get any calls or data. It's not the first time it has happened. I guess it shows that they are maybe using the same equipment....

Ringing up to ask about it, there's no message saying there is a network problem. You wait on 789 for 15 mins to be told theres a "back office problem". It's happening more and more, and you'd think they'd put a recorded message on saying this.

Who runs this service? It is terrible. You can't help equipment breaking down, but you can do something about telling people what's wrong.
