No data in Watford/WD3 area

I've not had any data for 4 days in the Watford area, is there an issue and when will it be fixed?

Hi pezza4u,

 

you could try using the EE service checker (Virgin Mobile works on their network) to see if there are any known issues being worked on.
(I can't see any reports of problems but I only looked generally without your postcode).

You may be best giving Virgin Mobile customer services a call on 789 / 0345 6000 789 so that they can look into this for you.

Thanks Alex,

There are no issues according to that link, although I've now had no data for a week! The H is present, which shows it should be connected to the internet.

My missus and in-laws are also on Virgin Mobile and don't have data. We're all in the same area and I've not been anywhere else to see if it's a local problem yet.

I've tried restarting the phone, which hasn't worked and I'm reluctant to do a hard reset at the moment.
