No credit to call but I have unlimited minutes

I receive the following message from an 'automated response' when trying to call any number from my Virgin Mobile;
    'Sorry you do not have enough credit to make this call right now, you can however send a free text message'.

Also when attempting to send a text message I am given an error 'could not send a message', I have tried the sim in two different iPhone 5s' and am having the same issue.

The SIM I have is Unlimited Minutes and Unlimited Texts. Below are some statistics of what I have used during this billing month;

Renew Date: 4th February 2016
Inclusive Virgin Minutes: 38
Inclusive Texts: 615
Inclusive Minutes: 854

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Kieran

Re: No credit to call but I have unlimited minutes

Hi Kieran,

as the problem would appear to be with your SIM / account.
I can only suggest that you give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 if your phone will allow that.

Or if you have access to or could borrow another phone: 0345 6000 789 Tell them your mobile number & account password and see if they can help.
