I was in England for just over a week and my mobile data/calls/texts were all working fine. I then went to Spain on 6th April, and since then I have had absolutely no coverage whatsoever - no internet or signal at all. I've tried reboot the phone several times, leaving it for a few hours, taking the sim card out etc. I have no other way of contacting Virgin as I do not have a landline.
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with roaming while in Spain. It sounds like roaming isn't enabled on your sim. The easiest way to now get this sorted is by going into your online account here and going into Plans and Devices > Manage Services > Roaming on.
