No coverage on mobile phone

I have had no coverage on my pay as you go phone since the weekend. I use the Virgin network and a search online does not reveal any network problems in my area- post code CM11. I tried taking the SIM card out and using a different phone but still the same problem. Any idea what might be the problem?

I've responded to your other post on this here Mobile had had no coverage since the weekend.
