No apps

Why don't virgin have an app to use to log in to your main account? Same question for virgin mobile I have two sims and every time I want to check their usage I have to log in online! Why no main account holder apps?

Re: No apps

No, this app will let my kids see what allowance they have left for the month! It won't let me as the primary account holder change things like parental controls or roaming on their phones I have to log in through the web page each time. It's the same with the TVs, broadband and home phone you have to log in the main web page every time you want to check or change anything. Sky have had an app for this for a few years now and even though their mobile service is only just starting up they will have apps for the primary account holder Virgin seem to be behind on this.
