No access to mobile data despite purchasing a travel pass!

I am on holiday in Spain and have. Purchased a travel pass via the help team, my phone is still not displaying mobile data despite it being selected!  Is this because I switched off mobile data before leaving UK?  Can this be rectified?  also is it correct for me to be charged nearly £5 for the 6 min 50sec call to the help team?

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

 

I'm really sorry that you're unable to use Mobile Data abroad. If you've turned off data before travelling this will be the cause of the issue.

 

You should be able to turn data roaming on via your online account here. Under plans and Devices > Manage Services > Data roaming.
