Hello. I ordered a phone contract, the phone has turnt up but no sim/welcome pack has arrived.
Is there anything I can do? I'm unable to call numbers, and would much prefer sending a message to someone.
Still getting nowhere. Have tried web chat, but always seems busy.
Need an email or something.
there is no email address for Virgin Mobile.
SIM cards are often sent in the post via Royal mail unless you were given a Yodel tracking number.
You really need to call and speak to customer services: 0345 6000 789

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had getting set up.
The SIM card would usually be in the packaging with the handset - could you double check if's not in there for me?
