I have had a virgin monthly pay monthly a/c for >6 years and an iphone 6 for years
Since this morning I have "No Service".
I have checked my virgin account and it is still active.
There have been no obvious changes e.g.updates etc in the last two weeks.
I have tried the following:
1. Manually selecting a carrier - the phone shows a tick next to the carrier but the phone does not select the networ.
2. Turning the phone on and off
3. Resetting the network settings
I have travelled around the NW section of the M25 (J21A to J15) and within London and have had No Service all day
Does anybody offer any helpful suggestions ???
