Flag for a moderator

No Service

I have had a virgin monthly pay monthly a/c for >6 years and an iphone 6 for years

Since this morning I have "No Service".  

I have checked my virgin account and it is still active.

There have been no obvious changes e.g.updates etc in the last two weeks.

I have tried the following:

1.  Manually selecting a carrier - the phone shows a tick next to the carrier but the phone does not select the networ.

2.  Turning the phone on and off

3.  Resetting the network settings

I have travelled around the NW section of the M25 (J21A to J15) and within London and have had No Service all day

Does anybody offer any helpful suggestions ???

It's possible a sim erro, if you have easy access to a virgin shop pop in and try one of their some, if it works you need a new one, if not it's a phone issue

Thanks. Have now ordered a new SIM as this one is probably 8 yrs old at least

It's possible a sim erro, if you have easy access to a virgin shop pop in and try one of their some, if it works you need a new one, if not it's a phone issue
