'No Service' on my Virgin Mobile for two days - only option is to call them (not very helpful!).

I did manage to borrow a phone and speak to them yesterday, they told me it was a mast being worked on and that it was only temporary. Still no signal.

 

It happened when I turned my phone off and on again, so I don't believe it's anything to do with the mast.

 

What can I do???

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with Signal in your area. So I can look into this for you, are you able to PM me your full postcode?
