Usual problem - sorry ...
I have an iPhone which my friend now has. He's on Virgin, I was on O2. He's got a new nano sim. Its in and "No Service" is showing.

That tells me it WAS on Vodaphone but is now unlocked! Or have I got it wrong ...
I'd appreciate someone's expert opinion please?
Has your friend changed SIMS as the new one may not be enabled. Normally this is done by READY to 789678 from the old SIM
They could also log into their account via virginmobile.co.uk/activate.
Failing that a call to Customer Services 0345 6000 789 from a none Virgin phone. or just 789 from Virgin
