I noticed last night that I couldn't send a text and that I had no service.
Tried to go in and select network, this is what I see:
O2 - UK
Obviously Virgin used to be T-Mobile but now I choose EE correct? I've tried both EE networks but I still have no service...
Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone help please?

You should be able to connect to the EE network with no problems. Are you able to let me know if you're still having the issues?

I had to get a new SIM in the end, everything worked as normal once I changed it
I've been having the same problem. This was not an issue before the 'upgrade' so, having read posts on here, I'm guessing that may well be the problem.
