Got a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and it says No SIM card - No Service couple of times each week. The only way to resolve it is to re-boot but it's frustrating and affecting my business.
Please could anybody advise on a solution?

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with the sim. I want to help get this sorted for you. This issue will either the be the sim card or the sim reader in the phone. Please give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get a new sim out to you.

This definitely seems like an issue with the Phone Wiggymaggy.
I'd suggest booking the phone in for repair with us. You can arranget this by logging into your online account here. You can find the booking tool under Plans and Devices > Phone Repair > Phone Fix.
You can also book this in by calling us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get on the case.
