I really need some good advice here guys, I am literally at the end of my tether!
I sent in my mobile phone on 17th SEPTEMBER 2015... as of yet I do not have or have not received a replacement mobile phone (4 months to the day!).
It is just one excuse after another, meanwhile I am still paying for a phone which I do not have and in the 10+ years that I have been a VM customer, I have not once missed a payment...
Really don't know what to do, I've lost count of the amount of times I have been blatantly lied to and messed around.
Any help would be appreciated!
