No Phone or Email after posting on online shop

Customer Service very poor to say the least. Was thinking of joining Virgin mobile network, but after putting on an order and my DD details over a week ago, not one email! What a poor show. If the actual mobile service is anything like the customer service on the online shop front, then go somewhere else.

I am now in limbo as I don't know if Virgin will try and take money from me or not. Shame on you.
