No Mobile signal in FY5 1LP

Anyone know why there is no signal and only emergency calls in FY5 1LP. I've had this for over three weeks and am seriously thinking of going elsewhere. The only problem is other people on different networks can't use their mobiles here either?

entering your postcode into the EE service checker shows this:

Fault Last Updated : 10:06 24/05/2016

Services affected  There is an issue with a site in your area which may be affecting the service.

Current status  Our engineers are working on restoring service as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

How long will it take to fix?  We’re working with our partners to get this site fixed. This can typically take 5 – 12 days, but can take longer in some cases.We are working to restore service as quickly as possible, and will keep this page updated with the latest status.

Still no signal. Virgin have said they will refund last month's rental on our two mobiles but that does not help us. I am missing calls and texts all the time and picking up voicemail if we leave the house. Can't even get emergency numbers. This is not good enough. No-one's phones work here regardless of SP.

I'm sorry that you are still not able to get a signal in your area. 

 

Checking this, I can see that EE are still working to fix this issue. We have also sent your details over to EE, but there has been no update on this yet.
