No Mobile Signal

Been a good week now and have no or little reception on the mobile. (Virgin) I have an O2 phone and that is fine I sent a text to the VM phone and it too 24 hours to go to the phone. Not sure if its the phone OR network that is at fault I am in the PO11 area and keep having problems.

Can someone out there tell me if there is a way to check if the cell sites are operational or not.

Hi martinlburke,

you can check the Mobile Coverage Checker but that'll just show the ideal coverage.

If you want to check if there are any known faults or work/maintenance being carried out which could be affecting you. You'll need to give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone..

Found out that it was the cell towers that were down ...

People have been getting compensation for the lack of service so how about some this way VM ?
