Been a good week now and have no or little reception on the mobile. (Virgin) I have an O2 phone and that is fine I sent a text to the VM phone and it too 24 hours to go to the phone. Not sure if its the phone OR network that is at fault I am in the PO11 area and keep having problems.
Can someone out there tell me if there is a way to check if the cell sites are operational or not.
If you want to check if there are any known faults or work/maintenance being carried out which could be affecting you. You'll need to give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone..
