No Mobile Internet signal...AGAIN

Switched to Virgin mobile a month ago and it has been hopeless. Very poor phone signal even though the service checker says my area is fine. Have had to reset my phone settings at least 5 times. Can't believe I am paying for such poor service. Wish I had of stayed with my old provider.

Can you let me know if you only get this problem in one area or multiple areas?
