No Confirmation Email After Purchase

Just purchased an iPhone 6S, 32 GB, in gold yesterday. I got to the screen displaying my receipt of the order and decided not to print it expecting to receive a confirmation email of the purchase. Never got one. Do you not send confirmation emails after a purchase or does this mean my order did not go through?

unfortunately this seems a fairly common occurrence.

My advice would be to contact customer services (free on 789 from a Virgin mobile) or 0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) from any other phone and enquire about your order.

Good question, normally an email, do you enter the email with an error, I'd call in and ask
