No Call Back

Last Saturday I went to the Virgin Mobile website to change my wife's tariff from PAYG to a Pay monthly went through  all the form even entered the direct debit details. Only to get a message that there is no account at that address and that one of out team would contact us.

Well no one has phoned. Typical VM.

Hi,

It’s a shame that no one has called you back.

However instead of continuing to wait I would recommend that you give them a call on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
