New to Virgin Mobile

Hi,

 

I don't know if anyone can give me some advice here, but here goes.

 

I've had Virgin TV, Broadband and Landline Phone for many years, and I'm now interested in changing my mobile provider. But none of the packages quite match my usage, I tend to mainly text and use data, so I don't really require many minutes. Can Virgin customise a package for me or can you add things like 'bolt ons', or anything like that.

 

Also, seeing as I would have all 4 services with Virgin, is there any chance of a loyalty discount?

That's a good question! I'm afraid you can't create a custom tariff with us. If you're a Virgin Media customer, you will be entitled to a discount. Give us a call on 150 from your landline and press the Virgin Mobile option and we'll offer you the best dea possible.
