New tariff not showing.

I changed to a new tariff last month, same price but more data, and it should have taken effect a week ago. It still isn't showing in either my online account or my mobile app. Judging from the new charges for going over my data limit, I need to make sure I am covered. Anyone else experiencing this ?

Sorted it out, had to ring after 3 days trying to get through on Live Chat. Answered straight away, last agent I spoke to didn't complete the process, sorted out quickly this time.
