New sim

My phone keeps restarting and texts are sometimes garbled. How can I get a new sim card?

Hi,

you'll need to give the Virgin mobile team a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 & request a new SIM.

£5 SIM replacement charge may apply.

However the symptoms you are describing do not sound SIM related, more like a faulty phone.

What make is it? Where did you get it from? Is it under warranty?

Is there a way that you can test your phone out before requesting a new SIM & possibly being disappointed?

It's a Sony Xperia L which was supplied by Virgin on contact. It's now expired. I've tried all other fixes such as repair software from Sony, updates etc and sim is the only thing left really.
