New sim card

My new sim card has arrived but is not working. I can't ring anyone because I have no service

Hi,

When I received my new 4G SIM, I had the same issue.

I recommend you check out this guide: http://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1003&PARTITION_ID=1&secureFl...

You will need your old SIM to do this.

If you do not have the old sim, I recommend you use a landline or a phone with signal and dial 789 (VM phone) or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
