New sim card not received and call centre cannot help??

Ordered new sim card for new account 23.8.16. Called 26.8.2016 as still had not received sim card.

Informed will get back to me as call centre could not solve the problem.

It's a new sim card...how difficult can it be to send that? Notified new account being charged when I have no use of mobile network.

Ridiculous!
