New phone

Ordered a new phone yesterday online, received 3 emails regarding account set up and email set up, but no confirmation if I had been accepted? Will contact me 24 hours as have a technical glitch 24 hours have gone no contact!!! Haven't a clue what's going on? Obviously don't want new customers????

Well this has been broken for five months.

Can only suggest you ring 789 from a Virgin Phone or 0345 6000 789 from any other.

Otherwise wait and see if the team pick it up - but that will be slower.

Thanks for the reply, but trying to get hold of them is like trying to get hold of Lord Lucan, never mind another potential customer lost.
