New phone won't register on network

Hi

 

After a long convuluted nightmare of replacing a stolen phone I finally have the new handset and sim card. I have had the sim card for a couple of weeks, and the handset arrived yesterday. I have inserted the SIM card in the phone but it's not registering on the network. According to the order the sim card was activated on dispatch. Please help!

I'm really sorry to hear that your phone was stolen. Let's put an end to this bad situation for you Smiley Happy

 

So we can make sure the sim is all activated for you, give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

I am having the same problem, but with the absence of a landline I am unable to call the number, or 789 from my mobile as I cannot call out.

I'm really sorry that you're having some issues registering the phone on the network. So we can get this all sorted for you, are you able to call us on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone?


The team can get to the bottom of this as quick as possible.
