New phone not registered on network - Samsung S5 Neo

Good morning

I received a new phone on Friday and it is still showing "not registered on network" so unable to make calls or text.  Am unable to call 789 either.  WiFi is working fine.  Have I missed something my end with setting everything up?

Hi Plodd,

are you using an existing Virgin SIM card or have you also received a new SIM with your new phone? If so have you activated it? (It can take upto 24 hours to become live).

If you don’t have another Virgin mobile you can also contact Virgin customer services on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
