I'm really sorry that you're having some issues porting your number over. I want to do all we can to get this sorted for you.
I'd advise to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 as the team can find out why the porting process can't be started. They may need to refresh the number to allow the activation to process correctly.
Hi Mat Phoned 789 and porting will happen on Tuesday. They said there was an IT issue preventing it. Phone now registers as a VM number so all should be well. Thanks for your continued monitoring. Alan
