Hi loubod123,

 

this forum is mainly a platform for customers to help and advise one another.

It is monitored by Virgin staff but they generally go through posts in date order and it may take a while for this to get picked up.

Your best option for a query would be to call customer services on 0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) and talk to them. Or as it's regarding a new order the sales team on (freephone) 0800 052 0238 may be able to help.

 

Alternatively you could try web-chat: Help and Support - Contact Us 

The advisors are usually busy though so you may not get connected straight away.
(Use PC or laptop and keep the page open, just refresh it every few minutes until chat becomes available).
