New mobile order?!

Hi I'm struggling to hear calls at work(construction site)so thought I'd ask for advice on here!
I ordered a new handset and plan as a new customer over the weekend and had an email confirming the order but nothing since Saturday(the email stated it was taking longer to process orders due to a tech glitch but I should have a response within 24 hours).Is there a customer service email where I could query this as online chat was no help whatsoever?!Thanks

Sadly there is no customer service email address three options call, webchat or write in, expect over three weeks or more for a written reply

Hi loubod123,

 

unfortunately there is no email address.

You could call: 0345 6000 789 or perhaps the Virgin Mobile sales team on freephone 0800 052 0238 may be able to advise on your order.

As Virgin's new 4G tariffs became live Monday and you ordered before this time it might be worth considering that anyway.
