New customer security key

Signed up to virgin mobile online yesterday, received the emails to sign e contract but the security key doesn't work 😏 It's asks for the last 4 digits of the bank account and the security key that was emailed.

i have tried copying and pasting and tried typing. The letters are like this:  

 are they supposed to be like this? Is it meant to be the bank account number not the card number? 

Getting really frustrated

Its 100% the last 4 digits of the bank account number and not the last 4 of the card

The security key is a jumble of letters and symbols . I would recommend copying them but make sure there are no spaces before or after .

Also the agreement needs to be signed within 48 hours

If you are having issues with this then I would recommend speaking to the Freestyle team at Virgin who can give you a hand signing this Smiley Happy
