New contract

So when I applied online yesterday for a new contract I got a ref number but that's as far as it went I called them today to see if the application was accepted and they said they had no record of Me applying for a contract and told me to apply again so I did only to be told the same thing again seriously what's going on

So you have called them twice now?  

 

When you called them did you give them the reference  number?

Yeah they said they will call me back and never what the hell is that about they are seriously annoying me

Would love to know what virgin are playing at suspending people's phones for no reason I've called every day several times a day even spoke to the twitter team only for everyone to keep putting the phone down on me and now every time I call 789 it says your balance isn't avaliable think it's time I went to the press and trading standards with this issue

About half an hour ago it is not connecting just saying your balance is unavailable and then it cuts off
