I ordered a phone online on monday and I didn't receive any email stating the status of my order. I called yesterday and was told that there was an issue with stock and I would receive an email. I just called to check the stock as I still haven't received an email.
I was told to check the phones stock I needed to have another credit check done or he could ask his mate about the stock..... I was then told it is in stock but he then wanted me to answer all the questions that I originally did on the original order.
I'm a little confused as to what the status of my order actually is because the person i spoke to wasn't very clear with me.
