I claim back my mobile bill for work, and having just upgraded, I now have a bill with no handset cost on it ! The handset cost is apparently now a loan, which there is no way I can get reimbursed for without having some kind of invoice - and which Virgin have now stopped providing. This now leaves me £300 out of pocket a year !!!! Can I get a bill with the handset cost in it somehow ?

Surley not. Anyone who has expenses knows they need a receipt and a bill. There is now no bill for the handset, it's a loan agreement - and no corporate finance team is going to subsidise a loan agreement. We all know the phone is worthless in 2 years, as do Virgin, this is just a way of getting it off their balance sheet.
