New contract e-sign

Good evening,

I have used the upgrade phone option on my account today. Chosen which phone/plan etc. Got to the page about an agreement being emailed over to e-sign but this hasn't come through to me at all.

Is there anyway to have this re-sent? The chosen delivery date is Thursday and this needs signing before then.

Virgin are experiencing what they call a 'technical glitch' with their ordering system for the last couple of months

Ring 789 is the only answer

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear you haven't yet received the email. I know it can take up to 24 hours for this to come through but time is ticking.

 

It's taken a few days for us to get to you but I'm hoping you have got this sorted. Could you please answer the following questions:-

 

Have you managed to call us?
What was the outcome of that?
