New Virgin Mobile My Account App from Google Play Store version 2.0.28

You may receive the following message when attempting to use the latest Virgin Mobile Account Application available on the Google Play Store version 2.0.28.

I found this update by searching for it, it didn't show as an update like the apps normally do, let me know if you have also downloaded this and if you receive the same message, the old app version 1.0 worked fine, so this new version according to 150 is having premature bugs, I will only believe so if I hear the same from you folks.

By the way this appears on wifi as well as on mobile web data.

I've raised a ticket about this issue with technical support just now.

It's possible that it might be a 4G related issue.

I've been kind of dealing with Sarah too about this, I've sent her some more PMs with information that may help with this issue.

Going by the looks of the Google play store reviews there are some other users experiencing similar.

Do you know if Sarah is in this week?

Re this issue there appears to be someone else who has reported the very same about the my account app, they say it worked on 3G until they started using their 4G sim and now it's giving them the same error.

So like we thought the bug appears to be related to 4G.

Just to add, the user did say it worked when she had her new 4G card inserted, however, as soon as her contract refreshed for the 4G tariff it was then when the application stopped working.
