I recently received a new sum for my Samsung s5. After one day the 3g is working fine but no calls at the moment. It's coming up to two days after activation. Is this normal?

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties making calls on your new SIM.
This is strange as the SIM should work straight away.
I would recommend calling our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 so we can get this sorted for you.
